KDCL is India’s largest Trade Fair and Investment Summit organizer. Over 3 decades, it has organized and managed more than 100+ global B2B industrial exhibitions in India and abroad. In this way KDCL has consistently contributed to the growth story of India.
The company is dedicated to expertly leverage trade show platforms to fuel economic growth. It creates impactful B2B industrial trade show platforms that result in lasting and significant business outcomes.
In 1995, recognizing the need for a trade show to boost regional industrial growth, KDCL initiated the ENGIMACH exhibition for Engineering, Machine Tools & Automation. The response was overwhelming and the company has not looked back since.
The 17th edition of this biennial trade show is scheduled to be held from 3rd to 7th December 2025 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Appreciating the value of collaborative partnerships, KDCL has organized numerous trade shows in conjunction with premier exhibition organizers and trade associations.
The Jamnagar Industrial International Expo scheduled to be held from 13th to 16th February 2025 at Jamnagar is jointly organized with the Jamnagar Factory Owner’s Association.
Very large events like the Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show, a part of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor Summit need a bespoke turnkey solution often including event management, venue & space selling for a successful outcome and we are proud to have provided such solution for the VGGTS (arguably the largest such show in India) since 2011!

KDCL focuses on Sports to contribute to societal welfare. Budding sportsmen need facilities and guidance and hence the company has been operating a training academy for tennis and other sports.
KDCL is now the proud franchise owner of Vadodara Warriors football team that participated in the Gujarat Super League initiated by the Gujarat State Football Association in 2024.
The event was a resounding success from start to finish. We already look forward to the next edition of CONEX
The number of footfalls from Gujarat and the surrounding area was far higher than we had anticipated which is a testament to the hard work put in by the organizers.
The entire event expertly managed by K and D Communications, Bauma and the Gujarat Contractors Association truly benefited the entire industry…you can be sure we’ll be back for the next edition.
Since today is the first day it is not suitable to comment but considering today’s crowd it seems it would be a game changer event for us!
We are thankful to ENGIMACH for giving us this platform and our experience is very good and since many years we are participating in ENGIMACH.
This is the third time we are participating in ENGIMACH and every time we are growing so we are increasing the booth size.
Our experience this year is really good at the ENGIMACH and we have noticed that the footfall is really good.
This is the fifth time we are participating and I’m very happy to participate. Of course we will come back to participate in the ENGIMACH show because this show is one of the biggest Machine Tools show.
We have participated in every edition of IMTOS. It is one of the most happening shows you know. We keep on booking orders in IMTOS
We have received a very good response from IMTOS and over the last three days we have booked round 15 orders and have got very good inquiries also!
In all, it has been a very good exhibition and we plan to bring in more new things in the next exhibition. It was a great show by K and D!
IMTOS is a very good platform and the response in this show is very good. We have met more than 300 different customers from various industrial segments from Delhi, NCR and Punjab in the last three days!
We have had a very good journey together in the past and we will continue doing so in the future as well. I think IMTOS will continue to grow and so will our association with IMTOS and K and D!
It has been a fantastic experience in the last two days! We have got very good leads and inquiries and footfalls are very very high!
